Ingredients:
For the Turmeric-Glazed Salmon:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each), skin-on or skinless
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Berry Salsa:
1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries), diced
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, and pecans), chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Sautéed Greens: (such as spinach, kale, and Swiss chard), washed and chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, ground turmeric, salt, and pepper. Rub the turmeric mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
